Knowledge
- • Knowledge of an extensive vocabulary and frequently used expressions in the foreign language to facilitate effective communication in social, professional and academic contexts.
- • Understanding the grammatical, syntactic and lexical rules of the foreign languages studied, which allow their correct use in various contexts.

Seminar bibliography
The expectations of both the local and international epistemic community have been taken into account in the development of the course syllabus, and its contents and the competencies developed are aligned with the students’ qualifications, according to the ESCO framework. Performance standards
Attendance requirements: Lectures: minimum 50% attendance; Seminars: minimum 70% attendance. Failure to attend classes in the proportions mentioned above, as well as failure to complete the tasks assigned as homework, will result in the subject being retaken. Note: The evaluation is based on a clear scoring grid, which is made known to students. For exams taken in arrears or increase, the rules and methodology are similar to those of the exam in the first session.
