Apply wallpaper paste evenly, usually onto the wallpaper. Lay out the wallpaper and paste it. Fold the wallpaper over itself without creasing to facilitate the hanging. Let the paper soak before applying. If using non-woven wallpaper or reinforced wallpaper, which does not need to soak, paste the wall instead.
